I needed to hear this before christmas
As some of you may have known,
I have a disorder that gets aggrivated and tends to get worse because of Stress and the fact that I guess I have a tendency to get stressed out over the most silliyest of situations to most people..
so for me to have 3 rambunxious (sp?) little boys and single parenting is enough to drive a sane woman crazy let alone one thats always been on the brink of insanity anyway. ha.
Well I was looking through my old poetry and i ran across this poem and I really wanted to share or in some cases Reshare it with you:

Breakdown.....(written 3-6-97 ~ wow thats OLD)

Tradgedy, Confusion;
like a swarm of bees attacking.
The pain lives on so great.
The feelings of life so fragile,
yet the hands of time so long.
Being so stressed till you can't function.
Having burdens of loved ones bring you down.
Life is too fragile to take for granted,
Life is too long to endure pain

I Went to the doctors today, Told my case manager how i have been having a lot of anxiety problems at work. I'm suppose to pay attention to see what is different about work that makes me have axiety....
I think its when I feel overwhemled like when I know I have a lot of work ahead of me.

Also, They upped my dose of Depkote...they like want me to take a 500mg dose in the morning and another at night..so thats 1,000 mgs a day.
Next month they will draw blood to see how well my body metabolizes the medicine i think thats what they do.

I FINALLY went and did some Christmas shopping for the kids, I bought the twins something called "dusty the talking vacumm cleaner" since they broke my vacum trying to play with it..I decided to get them that..its mostly tre that likes to vacum but You can't get one one thing without the other having one too..
Then I bought Dakota a TowTruck that lights up and stuff..I thought he would like that since he knows his "Daddy" Drives one around Virginia right now..anyway.
I also bought the kids "Shrek 2" DVD. and I bought the babies a Bear in the Big Blue house its one thats called "Potty Time" since its Nearly time for them to start getting interested in the potty..(i'm going to offically Start potty training in march when they turn 3)...and I also bought Dakota a "cailou" tape (if u don't know, Cailou is a cartoon that comes on PBS.
*singing* I'm just a kid who's four, each day i'm growing more, I like exploring i'm cailou, my world is turning changing each day, with mommy and daddy and finding my way. *etc...etc..etc...* haha...*/end singing* I forgot some of the song.
Ha I can't believe i forgot some of the song..as much as I listen to it on nearly a daily basis...i'm sure i'll be listening to it even more now that i have a dvd..but really the reason i went ahead and got the DVD is because Digital might go by by which means The kids can't watch "On-Demand" anymore. What am I going to do....they are so use to watching it..I tried to prepare my kids for when we don't have it anymore by telling him the other day that we don't get that anymore and he was like Yeah uh huh, turn it on channel 199...
and i said we dont' have it ! he said Letme see..so he got the remote and turned it on the channel himself..he is like see! Mommy push the buttons for cailou to come on! Damn he is too smart sometimes! *lol*
Well he will just have to learn to live without digital soon...cuz mommy gotta start cutting back. Job security isn't what it use to be plus, come tax time i have to get a car which means at the very least i'll have about 60 bucks a month give or take some in car insurance plus upkeep.....uhgh! I am having a very very hard time payin my bills now..i don't know what to think aabout adding a car to that stack of bills.....Lord only knows.
I did it before I guess i'll be able to do it again. hopefully. ;0

Remember ME

Remember the Good times
Not the Bad,
Remember the Happy times
not the sad,
Remember Me when you're old and Gray
Remember The time when we slept all day.
Remember Me When I take my last breath
Remember me when they announce my death
Remember me When you hang with your friends
Remember me when we made ammends
Remember me Till the End.

I found this little tid bit of info you should read, I found it surfing the web (and for the life of me i can't remember the name of the site..heh. oh well i'll figure it out and get back to you but now@ Searchenginejournal.com..on with the article and i think anyone who still uses IE should read this it applies to you:

12/7/2004
Is Your Web Browser Putting You At Risk?

Is Your Web Browser Putting You At Risk?

It’s free, it comes with Windows and it’s used by approximately 94% of the Internet population. It also poses an unacceptable security risk. What am I talking about? If you guessed Internet Explorer, you’re right on the money. So, is your web browser putting you at risk? If you’re one of the 94% using Internet Explorer, the answer is a definite *yes*. By my math, quite a few people require critical information for protection.

What’s the problem with Internet Explorer (known as “IE” from here out) and how does it put you at risk?

The main problem with IE is the numerous security flaws. As an example, between April 2001 and June 2004, Microsoft documented *153 security flaws* in IE. When a security flaw is discovered Microsoft releases information about the flaw and the potential impact. *Usually* at this point Microsoft provides a downloadable security fix to remedy the problem. Since many people don’t know about the flaw and the fix, frequently people remain vulnerable for long periods of time.

Just how serious are some of these security flaws? Some of the critical security flaws allow attackers to basically gain control of your computer and run whatever malicious programs they chose. In many cases, a vulnerable computer can be compromised just by visiting the wrong website.

Here are but a few of the malicious programs I’ve seen loaded on computers through security holes in IE:

* Browser Hijackers. These are programs that do nasty things like change your home page to another page, usually something pornographic in nature. They can also install software and links on your desktop, of course *without* your permission.

* Spyware. This is extremely devious and malicious software, and in many cases, it’s used by criminals for online identity theft. Once it’s on your computer, Spyware sits quietly in the background recording information about you. Do you shop and bank online? This is one threat to be extremely concerned about.

What can you do to improve security?

Rather than continue to apply what amounts to “band aid” security fixes to IE, I recommend a more permanent solution. Stop letting IE put you at risk, and switch to another web browser.

How exactly will switching web browsers help? Quite simply, there are so many security exploits on the Internet targeted specifically to IE that just by using another browser, you’ll happily avoid most of them.

The good news is that there are several alternative web browsers available free of charge like Netscape, Mozilla, Opera and Firefox. For more information a great website to visit is http://BrowseHappy.com. This website is dedicated to getting people to switch from IE. It’s full of “real life” stories about why people switched, and what browser they’re using now.

So, what’s the best browser of the bunch? Well, it’s highly subjective of course, but my vote goes to …

Firefox, “Rediscover the Web”

A new browser called Firefox has quickly become my web browser of choice. First off, Firefox was written to be “lean and mean” and it certainly delivers. It’s faster at loading web pages than IE and even provides features not found in IE. Something I suspect will quickly become a favorite feature is called tabbed browsing. Tabbed browsing allows you to load multiple web pages in the same window, and quickly switch between the loaded pages. Tired of pop-ups? Firefox has the best built-in pop-up blocker I’ve seen. I have yet to see a pop-up get past it. When it comes to security, Firefox receives *high marks*.

Firefox definitely has a positive “buzz” going right now, and it’s easy to see why. If you’re interested in trying out Firefox, you can download it for free here:
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

I’ll conclude by saying that switching browsers is only one of several steps necessary to protect yourself from the many threats on the Internet, but it’s certainly a good place to start. Here’s to practicing safe computing.

Guest Columnist Doug Partridge is co-author of a new eBook, “How to Secure Your Computer Using Free Tools and Smart Strategies.” This is the missing Internet security guide that should have come with your Windows computer, but didn’t.

Exactly why i use Netscape and Firefox. ;)

Yes I am Related..like a few generations back
Reason only a few? My Grandfather was born in like 1870 something...so yeah only a FEW generations....

Charles Craven

CRAVEN, Charles, colonist, died in 1754. He was secretary of the proprietors of South Carolina, and governor of the colony from 1712 till 1716. During 1712 he was ordered to sound Port Royal River, and it is supposed that he then founded Beaufort. Three years later all of the Indians from Cape Fear to St. Mary's River combined under the leadership of the Yemassees for the purpose of destroying the colony on Ashley river Governor Craven at once proclaimed martial law, laid an embargo on all ships to prevent the departure of men or provisions, and at the head of 1,200 men, part of whom were faithful blacks, met the Indians in a series of desperate encounters and finally drove them beyond the Savannah.

I'm Not Deckin' My halls!

I'm Not Deckin' My Halls!

Okay I don't see the point in putting up a Live tree or fake tree in your living room and decorating it with lights and dumb ornaments..what purpose does this serve?
It takes too much time and MONEY..the place near me ranges from 40 bucks to 200 bucks for a damn christmas tree you will have to Throw away come new years..so whats the point? I have small children. I'm not spending the next few weeks keeping them from knocking it down when they get one of their many angry spells.
I'm not wasting my precious time, getting all worked up at putting the tree up just to have the kids break the ornaments that would be on it. I went through that hell last year and I nearly went bald from it...so this year, no decorations, no trees...yea there will be a few christmas presents and stuff like that..but i don't see the point in "decking the halls with bells and holly"
I guess i'm being a grinch but no, i'm not i'm being realistic.

Can't you just GET it! I want to be left alone. I'm in a downward spiral right now.
The only thing I did good today is I went to the Mikasa Employee Warehouse sale and like Went WAYY underbudget but got some neat things for myself.
But yet, I still feel So freakin' depressed...Probably the only reason i felt half way better today is i took my friends Diet pills, Cortislim...I gotta watch it tho. I was on Corti something another i forgot the name but it made me have a manic episode and when i discontinued use, I sunk into a deep depression..but of course at the time i wasn't on depokote like i am now....but i just feel so FREAKIN awful at this moment.
oh Woe is me.
Enuff of my bitchin'
I have been a real bitch lately...
I wish i had something of substance to share.
